At the Peña Station Next development – a new light-rail station hub and surrounding subdivision – Aldo Consulting provided comprehensive right-of-way infrastructure oversight. We coordinated closely with the developer, Fulenwider , and city agencies to ensure successful construction of roads, sidewalks, and utilities supporting this transit-oriented community. Our involvement helped keep the project moving smoothly from groundbreaking to final sign-off.

For the Avion at Denver Connection community (a mix of multi-family and single-family homes, and townhomes), we managed all right-of-way improvements for the new neighborhood. Working alongside builders Lyon Homes and Taylor Morrison , our team oversaw the installation of streets, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. We ensured each phase met Denver’s standards and inspections, contributing to a seamless build-out of this vibrant community.

In Green Valley Ranch (Denver, CO), Aldo Consulting has overseen right-of-way infrastructure across more than 50 development filings in this growing master-planned community . Partnering with Oakwood Homes, we have been responsible for coordinating everything from road grading and paving to sidewalk and ADA ramp installation in multiple project phases. Our long-term involvement in Green Valley Ranch highlights our ability to manage large-scale, ongoing projects and adapt to the needs of each new phase.

This infill project involved replacing an old four-plex with new residential construction. Aldo Consulting managed a complete site overhaul – coordinating the demolition (“scrape-off”) and constructing all new right-of-way improvements for the property . This included new curbs and gutters, sidewalks, ADA-compliant ramps, driveway aprons, and asphalt patch-back for the street. Working with D.D. Construction , we navigated Lakewood’s permitting requirements and delivered a safer, updated streetscape for the neighborhood.

As part of a public infrastructure upgrade in Far Northeast Denver, we oversaw the widening of Green Valley Ranch Boulevard, between Chambers Road and Tower Road . Our role involved coordinating traffic control and ensuring new lane paving, medians, and pedestrian improvements were completed to city specifications. Despite the challenges of working on an active roadway, we helped the project finish on time with minimal disruptions to the community.

Aldo Consulting took charge of right-of-way improvements for the Bloom at Cherry Creek redevelopment, a multi-family apartment complex project. After the existing site was cleared, we managed installation of all-new curbs and gutters, sidewalks, ADA ramps, driveway aprons, and associated asphalt repairs . In partnership with CFC Construction , our team ensured the new infrastructure around the complex was built to code and ready for residents. Our attention to detail helped turn a formerly blighted lot into a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment.
